Asian Sexiest Man title win Ranbir Kapoor: Ranbir Kapoor has oodles of sex appeal and it was just confirmed by the UK’s Eastern Eye, a London’s weekly. Ranbir got the title of ‘Sexiest Asian Man’ after winning the votes that was conducted by Eastern Eye. The Kapoor junior has easily beaten the hunks like John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan to bag the title.

According to the Asjad Nazir the showbiz editor of the weekly, Ranbir lead the voting by a huge margin, the second position went to John and the third spot was claimed by Hrithik. Jay Sean the international R&B singer got the fourth place and Ali Zafar the Pakistani singer –actor had to be satisfied with the fifth spot.

Ranbir is pretty elated to be named the ‘Sexiest Asian Man’, and he stated that though he knows that most of his fans are females, but “it feels good”. He further stated that if women didn’t find him attractive he would have definitely doubted himself and would have considered that something was wrong with him.

Well we knew it from before that nothing is wrong with Ranbir and he can now be sure that everything’s fine with him. As Nazir said that considering the high profile names that were in the list, Ranbir winning it with an overwhelming margin is a big thing and Ranbir’s fans will agree with the editor too.

Salman Khan teased Katrina over Ranbir on Bigg Boss: Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have always made headlines for their on-off relationship. So when they recently came face to face on the Bigg Boss 4,  Salman didn't miss the opportunity to pull Katrina's leg in his trademark mischievous style .

Katrina had come with Farah Khan on the Bigg Boss show as a part of promotion of her upcoming film Tees Maar Khan.

 Salman Khan teased Katrina on how, after working with seasoned costars like Akshay Kumar and himself, she is now working with younger actors like Ranbir Kapoor. Referring to the descending age of her costars, Salman on a funny note asked, "Aur kitna neeche jaane ka irada hai madam". The moment Salman mentioned Ranbir's name, the television cameras panned on Katz face, though she chose to ignore the remark and look down.

While one could clearly sense that Salman's impish digs and barbs were irritating Katrina, the actress maintained a graceful smile on her face throughout. But Salman did not give up easily and went on to ask Katrina if she would want to act with actors... even younger than Ranbir. Probably trying to hide her embarrassment, Katrina simply smiled back and became a part of the game.

Interestingly this is not the first time that Salman Khan has put Katrina Kaif in a spot on national television. The actor was at his funniest best as the host of the game show Dus Ka Dum in the episode when Katrina Kaif and Neil Mukesh had come as a part of promotion of their film New York. Salman's incessant digs had put Katrina in an embarrassing situation even then.

Ranbir Kapoor with South Indian Ileana for his next!: The south actress Ileana, who has given hits like Pokkiri, Jalsa and Kick, and is known for her distinct style statement, has bagged a role opposite Ranbir Kapoor in none other than Anurag Basu’s film Silence.

We wonder what impressed Anurag about Ileana? The actress is unlike many other south actresses with a slender figure and suave personality. Ileana D’Cruz (that’s her full name) impressed director Anurag Basu with her acting as he is the man who seeks talent and has launched an actress like Kangana Ranaut into the film industry.

The film also has two other actresses and Ileana is the third one. But she need not worry as Anurag’s female characters are not just eye candies. Priyanka Chopra is already on board for the film, and later Asin came into the picture as Katrina Kaif refused to be part of the film.

Ranbir Kapoor to avoid Katrina for hottie Nargis!: Men will be men. From Deepika Padukone to Katrina Kaif and now to his Rockstar co-star Nargis Fakhri, Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor is turning out to be quite a gal-hopper.

Just a few weeks back, Ranbir was reportedly spotted necking and petting with Nargis - who, as you can see in the pic, is quite a hottie and understandably hard to resist for a dude like Ranbir - at her birthday bash in a Bandra nightclub. If that unabashed public display of affection wasn’t much, we hear that Ranbir has lately been ignoring Katrina Kaif, with whom he was reportedly involved until Nargis walked in and changed it all.

Ranbir has been shooting for Rockstar, directed by Imtiaz Ali, in Delhi and hasn’t reportedly been taking Katrina’s calls. Why? Not hard to guess if the talks about his brewing chemistry with Nargis is to go by. In fact, rumour is already abuzz that Katrina and Ranbir have fought over this, and he has conveniently moved on from Kat to Nargis.

Well, perhaps Deepika had a point when she said that Ranbir should endorse a condom brand.

Ranbir Kapoor's next bulky bulk 'Barfee': Katrina Kaif’s alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor may be a lean guy as of now. But better get a good look at him coz he is not going to stay the same. Ranbir shall soon get bulkier since he has decided to put on some extra pounds for his next film ‘Barfee’.

Earlier titled as ‘Silence’,  ‘Barfee’ shall feature Ranbir in a dumb and deaf character. However, it’s no emotional melodrama but a comic caper and Ranbir shall be honing his comic skills for this film.

Director Anurag Basu, being a die hard admirer of Charlie Chaplin, wanted Ranbir to take cues from his films and imitate his style. However, Ranbir came with an idea of his own. He suggested that he better sketch out his character in a Mr. Bean-like way coz the new generation would easily relate to him.

Anurag was mightily impressed with the idea and now Ranbir has been asked to put on some weight so that he looks more like his character. Hence, currently, Ranbir is sinking his teeth into fatty food and trying to gain some flab; something that comes so easily to Kapoor Khandan.

So, how will our Saawariya look in his plumper avatar? Any guesses?

Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor: Ranbir Kapoor badly in style sense and sex-appeal: Ranbir Kapoor, who was voted the sexiest man alive by People magazine last year has been put down by his ex-flames Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor for being low on sex-appeal.

The dimpled south Indian lady said that Ranbir was low on sex-appeal and that she would gift him a pack of condoms, while the ‘Aisha’ star said that the Kapoor kid badly needed a stylist.

The two young women, who once could not stand each other, were seen teaming up on filmmaker Karan Johar’s celeb talk show ‘Koffee with Karan’ and the hot topic of discussion was the Kapoor lad.

Talking to a news daily, a source said, “The two girls who were said to be at loggerheads over Ranbir Kapoor till some time ago got along like a house on fire on Karan’s show.”

The two hotties of Bollywood used the talk show as a platform to subtly strike back at their one “ideal man”.

However, according to a source, the handsome hunk did not appreciate the comments made by his ex-flames as he thought they went overboard while discussing him on national television.

Revealing how disturbed Ranbir was after watching the show, the source said, “Ranbir is shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Rockstar’ in Delhi and his displeasure was very evident on the sets of the film. It did make for a fun watch, but it has definitely irked Ranbir.”

Well, it seems that Ranbir might soon have to run for cover as the two young women are on their toes to avenge their break-up.

Now, only recently, Deepika had lashed out at him by stating that she would like to gift him a pack of condoms (all this transpired on the sets of Koffee with Karan). While, it is unclear if her remark was made in taunt or bonhomie, Ranbir has apparently taken it light heartedly and expressed his gratitude after humbly requesting the gift.

When the reporters reminded Ranbir of Deepika’s remark, he retorted back by citing, "I think she said a good thing. Our country should be aware of safe sex and condom is a means to that. And thank you for that.”

Ranbir even went on to put forth his heartfelt wishes and best of luck for her forthcoming film ‘Break ke Baad’. He even appreciated the peppy pairing of Deepika and Imran.

While, these exchange of words between the ex lovers may be shrouded with well-wrapped sarcasm, the tabloids are happy with these candid newbie after enduring the long-standing silence from the likes of Aishwarya Rai, Salman Khan and Vivek. Ditto about Shahid and Kareena.

Ranbir Kapoor's girlfriend Katrina Kaif feeling too insecure: Earlier it was Deepika Padukone who hinted at that Ranbir Kapoor couldn’t give her a sense of security when they were in relationship. Now it’s learnt that Ranbir’s supposed girlfriend Katrina Kaif too is feeling insecure.

Kat is apparently angry with Ranbir and the reason is his growing friendship with his Rockstar co-star Nargis Fakhri, a sexy ramp model.

When Kat came to know that Ranbir is spending time with Nargis even on the days when both are not shooting, she reportedly started gnashing her teeth. The couple also had a fight over the issue and has stopped talking to each other. Kat wants an answer, but for Ranbir it’s just friendship with a new co-star.

However, there is something else that has crossed our minds. Ranbir earlier dated Deepika, who had a successful stint modeling for Kingfisher’s annual superhot calendar; now Kat is allegedly in his life and she has also shot for Kingfisher calendar. Shahrukh Khan play as a Fading superstar opposite Ranbir Kapoor: He is a superstar and his charming ways are still intact, yet Shahrukh Khan makes a perfect actor to play a fading superstar in a film that will also star Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. In a Hindi remake of a Bengali film, the makers are keen to rope in these two stars.

The Bengali movie is Autograph which is doing really well at the BO, and seeing its success and the storyline, the producer of Ghajini, Madhu Mantena, has made up his mind to work on its Hindi remake. As he is quoted as saying, “I think the era of remakes from regional languages into Hindi is back.”

The movie Autograph tells a story about a superstar who is working with an ambitious young director. Later the director’s girlfriend ends up playing the superstar’s heroine. In the original, Bengali actor Prosenjeet essayed the character of the superstar. The Hindi one will most likely have SRK.

The remake will be directed by Srijit Mukherjee who also helmed the original Bengali film. However, it’s believed that a few changes will be made in the script because SRK might have apprehensions about playing a fading star.

Now, for the first time after his break-up, the Kapoor lad has opened up in front of Karan Johar during his show Koffee With Karan. As Deepika still hasn’t erased the RK tattoo on her nape, Ranbir told Karan, “I have had one of the most wonderful relationships with Deepika that lasted for more than two years. It’s brave of her to keep the RK tattoo intact even after we have parted ways.”

Karan also had Sonam Kapoor and Deepika for another episode. These two actresses have shared cold vibes since the release of their debut films. In an Interview with Mumbai Mirror, Deepika Padukone reveals that her former boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor's conduct with other women left her feeling insecure. Implying that she was a possessive lover, Mumbai Mirror's Vickey Lalwani asked her why she never gave Ranbir any space.

Here is what Deepika, who is rumored to have broken up with Ranbir because of his closeness to Katrina Kaif during the filming of Rajneeti, had to say:

"If my man gives me my security, why would I be possessive? Then I wouldn't ask him where he is, what he is doing or even who he is with. If my partner is doing things, which betray my trust, then I will become possessive. You become possessive only when you know there's something going wrong, not just for the heck of it. It's not about the kind of person I am, it's about the person I am with."

Deepika Padukone’s role as similars Ranbir Kapoor?: She signed the film Break Ke Baad when she was losing her love. Now it turns out that Deepika Padukone’s character in the film has similarities with her ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.

When the actress heard the narration from director Danish Aslam, she was initially stunned and then in a dilemma whether to sign the film or not.

Deepika plays Aalia, a gal who is commitment phobic. Apparently, Ranbir too is known to stay away from commitment. When Deepika learnt about her character, it was déjà vu; and when it came to emotional scenes it was a bit difficult for her to shoot.

As a source tells a daily, “Knowingly or unknowingly, she has added some nuances to her character in the film that are straight out of her past love affair with Ranbir.”

Break Ke Baad promos are getting good response from the audience and Imran Khan-Deepika look promising as a lovey-dovey couple. The film, produced by Kunal Kohli, is releasing on 26 November.
