Why the Barber do this?

I'm sitting in JR Crickets, eatting a turkey burger and cheese fries w/ an Yuengs Beer... And Tuki just texted me this photo...I almost spit my food out... Why didn't this barber tell this dude "NO" ? One this I can say, this put a smile on my face today...more laughter is needed these days.
